Telehealth consultations are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers. A provider will determine, in their professional judgment, whether treatment is appropriate for you. A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Medications are dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase. Prices are described at checkout and may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake or a medication has shipped.

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Not misuse, resell, or share prescribed medications.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRx Health LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
